I have seen a consultant first and last time in sep/12. I was reffered for an MRI (fast track) which I had a week later thanks to New Cross Hospital. Had blood test done and then the waiting began. Still waiting for someone to explain the outcome of all this tests.Phoned the consultant numerous times but she is never there and even so I leave ms and phone number no one ever call back. Left suffering horible upper thoracic back pain with no advise, no diagnostic yet.

It is January 2013!!!! Can not lodge a formal complain because no one know who deals with it. Phoned PCT, but been told that they do not deal with West Park. West Park said to call New Cross and New Cross say that they know nothing about complains to West Park.

Thank you NHS for taking care that I am in complete agony for all this time!

We apologise for not responding to this post sooner, unfortunately the usual notification process from NHS Choices to the Trust that an opinion had been posted did not occur. To clarify however relating to your concerns, this Trust provides specialist secondary mental health and learning disability services and both West Park hospital in Darlington and Cross Lane Hospital in Scarborough provide inpatient services for people experiencing mental health problems. Any concerns about physical care should be addressed by your GP.
