The whole experience from beginning to end was excellent. Was greeted in a friendly way by the nurse receptionist and taken on time for my appointment by the Clinical Nurse Specialist. Both the CNS and the assisting staff nurse were efficient, professional and friendly. I was kept informed throughout the proceedure given time to ask questions and given sufficient information on discharge. A very good patient experience
