I have just called to enquire about my elderly aunt who was admitted early this am. I spoke to 3 people, staff I presume as no one introduced who they were ie position or name. 2 of the 3 called me "Hun" and "Darling"! Very patronising!!!

I am sorry to learn of your experience when you telephoned the hospital to enquire about your aunt's health.
