"The Physiotherapty and Occupational Therapy"

About: Kent & Canterbury Hospital

Anything else?

I have attended both the above department. The therapists have provided treatments for painful conditions, both before and after diagnosis. As an ex-health worker and experienced 'service user' I cannot praise them highly enough.

From the outset therapists listened, watched, asked further questions and began the process of really listening to my descriptions all over again, with kindness and patience and importantly without the least hint of patronising. Then they responded assisting, helping, advising especially one staff member in OT, devising and creating supports to help prevent long term deformity.

Well done

Thank you very much Viv for providing us with feedback. I will ensure that the therapy department staff are aware of your experience.

We are always proud of our staff especially when they provide care with kindness and understanding. They appreciate positive feedback. I do hope you are recovering from your condition.
