During a relatives stay in this hospital she was treated with no dignity or respect for her wants/needs. She died in pain while the nurses were changing shift and no one was available to attend to medications. relatives are treated in a hostile manner when the nurses are asked a question or when it requires them to look beyond ward routine

Very sad that staff cant see past the nurse label and have compassion and understanding for the people they attempt to look after
