Regarding my 78 year old father, he has been waiting since May despite the waiting time showing as 9 weeks.

He had a consultation after 12 weeks and is still now waiting for the procedure which will not be before 28/02/13

Had we known it would take this long we would have gone to a different hospital,

I’m very unhappy with the inaccurate information.

Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your fathers experience with us. I am sorry to learn of the issues that have arose regarding your father's waiting time for a procedure at this hospital and I am very keen to investigate these matters further. However, before I am able to do so I will need your father to provide me with some personal information so I am able to locate him on our Patient Administration System and commence an investigation.
