I have visited this hospital several times over the last 18 months. I am a care home manager and feel I know what to expect in lines with CQC regulations. I visit the out patients and find it calming place to visit. There is no excessive noise and staff are always pleasent and answer any questions. Delays in appoitments are always clearly stated so you are informd if the clinc is running late.

I must also say how efficent the blood test clinc is. After going to Bournemouth hospital and waiting for over 3 hours for a test, be seen in just a few mintues, even without an appoitment.!

I think this is a very nice hospital.
