I have just come out of the hospital following repair of two hernias under an excellent surgeon, and had a very good experience of the care provided. This was one of the best NHS hospitals I have been to, and it seemed to me that 90% of the staff were very genuine and doing their jobs dilegently and being as helpful as they could be to patients. In particular, the Drs and staff in the Surgical Admissions Lounge theatre and recovery room, did there best to be re-assuring and helpful.
