My appointment today was with your Colorectal Screening nurse. They provided an exceptional level of care. She demonstrated flexibility by fitting me into an appointment slot to meet my work schedule (this was outside the normal clinic schedule). She demonstrated clinical competence by being informed of my history, taking the time to read my self assessment questionnaire, providing evidence and best practice information and doing so with care and respect. She has good listening skills and responded with appropriate reassurance. I highly recommend this service.
