I called the hospital this morning to confirm my wifes appointment. The first person I spoke to was nice and polite, and put me through to another department. The second person was also very polite but said it was the wrong department and put me through again to a third department. This third person was very unhelpful and rude, and insisted that I had receieved a letter confirming the appointment already (which I most certainly have not receieved) her exact words were "OK well just this once I will check for you". I find this to be unacceptable behaviour on her part and do not expect to be spoken to in this manner!!
