"Good consultant, but uncoordinated and lack of..."

About: Royal United Hospital

Anything else?

arrived with no idea why i what would happen. reception staff seemed very unhappy and not able to answer questions. left waiting around in two separate ENT waiting rooms next to each other (why?), one cramped with more people than seats and one large empty one. Lack of information about who I would see, what tests would happen, how long I would wait and how long it would take. Eventually saw an excellent consultant. Would be nice to think about how confusing ENT is for the patient arriving with no information, greeted by unhappy staff.
