Anything else?
1.Came in on Friday 4th January for a minor operation on two Rheumatoid nodules in Plastics.
2. Admitted quickly, spoke to registrar, who explained procedure clearly, changed and almost immediately went in for the surgery.
3. Surgery over, tea and biscuits arrived immediately.
4. While consuming tea and biscuits an OT came to see me with a list of exercises to do.
5. This was followed by a nurse with a letter for my GP, got changed and the nurse saw me out through the double doors as one hand out of action.
Could not have been more efficient, friendly and well organised.
However, this page was difficult to locate on your website!!!
"Exceptional organisation"
