What I liked

My consultant was away, so I was seen by one of his Registrars, a very nice, polite young man.

What could be improved

The receptionist is a miserable woman, who never smiles, my friend asked her a question, and she snapped her head off!!! Shame really, as the department is a happy place.

I have always said. If you don`t want to be polite, happy and accomodating, while you are working with the public.....Don`t work with them!!
