What I liked
This hospital has been dangerously disappointing in its standards of care with the birth of both of my grand daughters one in 2010 one just after Christmas.
The issues we raised were supposed to have been addressed in 2010 but nothing has improved.
What could be improved
Everything !
Patients do need help to wash / shower / get to toilet and pain relief post surgery
Lack of compassion and respect
Anything else?
Tired of complaining, they pay lip service to complaints, process them because they have to and learn nothing......
