(as a service user),

I received treatment on the Taylor Ward, the staff were excellent. I had met a lot of these people previously at T5Whiston. Unlike T5 with it's Victorian attitude and the drug and alcohol situation, the Taylor Ward was spotlessly clean. The en suite idea was brilliant, the gardens had been professionally done well.

One of the staff was experienced in computers. I cannot thank him enough for the assistance he gave me when experiencing problems. Well done and God bless you.

I'm glad that you appreciate the changes we've made to the wards. We worked closely with service users and carers to identify ways in which we could improve people's experience on the ward by improving the facilities.

I'll make sure that your comments are sent on to the ward staff.
