The only problem was the parking and being disabled I had a long long walk from behind one of the roads. Wonderful doctor and staff.

Thank you for your feedback and raising the issue of disabled parking, we are sorry that you experienced difficulty in accessing a suitable place to park. Mount Gould Local Care Centre does have dedicated disabled parking for patients, as a direct result of your feedback we are reviewing our appointment letters to see if we can be clearer about disabled parking at all the sites we use for patients coming to appointments in the future. We are also going to look at our website to see if we can publicise Disability Go (www.disabledgo.com) as this is a great resource for information on access to local services.
