"good explanations of what was going to happen"

About: New Victoria Hospital / Day surgery

(as the patient),

The staff on the admission ward were friendly, efficient and answered any questions I had. I was shown where everything was and given good explanations of everything that was going to happen to me. There were no assumptions made about my knowledge, which has happened in other settings.

Because of the distance I live away I had to stay overnight, the ward was pleasant and the staff were all friendly and efficient. The other patients were also lovely and made what could have been an unpleasant experience into a very pleasant one. Staff were caring and were able to answer all questions and were very helpful. Thank you to all staff in the unit.
