I was referred for physiotherapy by my Gp for intermittent back pain, I was led to believe that my back pain was likely to be resolved.
When I attended my physio appoint with Ceit the problem with my back was identified very quickly. I felt that Ceit put me at ease straight away and listened to me. It was a great relief to know the problem was identified and could be easily treated.
Ceit explained confidently what the problem was and how it was to be treated. I felt confident with her and clear about how my issues were going to be resolved. Ceit had a calm but confident manner that put me instantly at ease.
I feel my treatment was effective and I am much better equipped to deal with my back pain before. I felt pleased that Ceit explained that if I ever need to be seen my the physio team again, I could be referred for basic via my GP, allowing me to still feel supported. The whole experience of physio has left me feeling a great sense of relief. I am confident I can prevent my back pain but should it occur again I know how to cope with it.
Furthermore is was also a very quick process, I didn't have to wait long for an appointment or struggle to book appointments to fit with my work. Thank you: )
