"I would nomally panic but she was so calming"

About: Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother Hospital

(as the patient),

My treatment was some time ago now, but I was looking at your website and saw the opportunity to give some feedback, so am doing so!

What I would normally find a very stressful and frightening experience was not so because the lady who did the ultrasound (Hilary) was calm, kind and gave me every confidence in what she was doing.

I would normally panic when undergoing certain tests and scans, but her ability to treat me in an atmosphere which was so calming was such a help. I was so grateful. She couldn't have done any better!

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide us with feedback. Staff always welcome feedback from patients and we are glad that you felt less anxious about having the ultrasound test.

I hope you are making a full recovery following your treatment.
