About: Bridgnorth Hospital Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

Was told pretty much nothing about referral by GP. Only told was going to be referred so someone could have a better look! TRAQS team great and only a shame I couldn't get seen sooner as I was in a lot of discomfort. Hospital at Bridgnorth pleasant, helpful and staff friendly. Consultant brilliant, gave lots of feedback and info. Totally at ease. Very easy person to talk to.

I am sorry that your GP did not explain what was going to happen when the decision was made to refer you for further treatment but really pleased to hear that you found the TRAQS team helpful. I will pass your kind comments on to the TRAQS team.

Although you could not be seen as soon as you would have liked you found the consultant at Bridgnorth Hospital very helpful. It's always lovely to hear such pleasant comments.
