About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

I had 2 x referrals. 2 x different hospitals

Date given: - 4/12/12 one at princess royal telford and one at Oswestry

time: - 5 mins apart! !

How was I supposed to get from telford to Oswestry in 5 minutes I do not know. Had to rearrange Oswestry

Thanks you for taking the time to reply following your recent referrals via TRAQS

I am sorry to hear that you experienced problems with the appointment times at 2 different hospitals.

I can only assume that the 1st appointments was booked via the TRAQS team and that the other appointment was unble to be booked at the time due to capacity issues at the hospital of your Choice. The hospital would have booked the 2nd appointment without being aware of the date/time of the other appointment at the other hospital.
