"Staff explained things to me when I was nervous"

About: Knowsley NHS Walk-in Centre, Huyton

(as the patient),

My visit to Nutgrove in Huyton was to me a warm welcome. The staff and nurse Julie Johnson made me feel at ease.

Julie especially make me feel comfortable and explained to me what she was doing as I was a little nervous.

She dresses my burnt arm with such care and reassured me all the way.

I have to attend Nutgrove on a number of occasions and I will not be feeling anxious thanks to the care I received
