About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

Extremely efficient, friendly service when booking an appointment.

I had a choice of dates and times which I was pleasantly surprised about as I work away a lot of the time. Having this flexibility meant less disruption to my work.

It is the first time I have been referred through the TRAQS system and I was impressed with the service. Well done, thank you.

Thank you for taking the time to reply and share your experience of booked via TRAQS.

We are a new service and have only been in operation since June 2012.

We aim to offer a Choice of hospitals for patients which means that where possible we're able to offer a Choice of date/times for patients to make a Choice from. As in your case, if patients work away from home it is not always possible to attend appointments in the middle of the day.
