My glasses fell apart, so I went for an eye test. The optician wanted a second opinion as my eyes adapted to light differently. She explained that she would write to my GP and ask for a referral. The next thing I know was the call from TRAQS setting up an appointment. I thought this most efficient. Unfortunately I had to amend this date and time but this was quite straightforward.
