I was in the Countess of Chester hospital for a hip operation, which itself was a success, but unfortunately I became very ill. Things started to go wrong and I lost my appetite and subsequently lost a lot of weight. After spending over 3 months in the Countess hospital, I was then transferred to Ellesmere Port hospital, where I gradually managed to get better and regained the weight which I had previously lost.
As a result of the care and attention I've received, I was able to return home earlier this week. Thank you to all concerned.
P.S. With regards to the NHS "Let's make it better slogan" - it couldn't be any better anyway!
"Great care at Countess of Chester & Ellesmere Port"
