"My partner's lack of cancer care"

My partner went 7 months without treatment, after an alleged allergic reaction to the 3 rd session of a chemotherapy course. He told the very offhand staff that it did not feel right, but was ignored. After his death, at a meeting I was informed that the lack of treatment was his own fault as he agreed to everything the Oncologist said. He put his trust in these people, but the fact here was there was no kudos or back slapping 'miracle worker' praise for them as his cancer was not operable and terminal.
