Didn't know anything about TRAQS before. Still unsure what it is, but the Nuffield Hospital was very efficient - no waiting at all. Everything was explained to me. Now I'm waiting for a scan but don't know when. It's not my nearest hospital but the patient care seems to superior to any NHS hospital clinic I've been to and I'm therefore happy to travel there.
