During the course of my stay on ward M1 at the Royal Bolton hospital, the care I received from all staff was very good. The nursing and medical staff did a good job of explaining all aspects of my treatment to me, which was a great help in reassuring me. Nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble for them. At all times, I felt that I was treated very well.
