In my view the place is a joke. I had a Cpn who I felt was so unhelpful, poor at communicating and had no empathy whatsoever. They worked there for years but are only playing lip service and rarely put themself out. I always felt they wanted a quiet life and never seemed to acknowledge my distress.
The psychiatrist was not much better who replaced the previous psychiatrist. They had no clue with the average patient and I felt would rather be on holiday. No empathy, no sense of being cared about and god forbid you need something. I felt easy life is the key at wrexham cmht. My experience was that I did not get the help I needed.
