(as the patient),

Doctor and staff at Eye Dept in New Victoria Hospital all very pleasant and helpful when I was in for cataract operations. Thank you for not calling me 'dear' 'pet' etc. or telling me I'm a 'good girl' as has happened previously in hospitals.
