"Poor care from night staff on L2 at Royal Hallamshire"

I won't mention any names, but most of the night staff who cared for me on L2 at the Royal Hallamshire were not very helpful during my stay. You could sit for hours without them checking to see if you were alright. I know they're busy but they must have time for their patients too. When they did see us, they did not seem very happy about doing so (and they made this clear).

One of the staff kept moaning that she was having no sleep during the day because she had workmen in doing her house, and she also had her little boy to look after. At the end of the day, nurses are supposed to care for people, and not moan when asked for assistance.
