"Recent visit to A&E very good"

About: Northern General Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

I had to visit A&E a few weeks ago with a football injury.

Despite being very busy I waited about 1. 5 hours to be seen. With the exception of the reception, everyone was friendly and helpful.

Feedback from our patients is very important to us to ensure that we are getting our care right and to allow us to make changes where necessary. We will pass your comments onto the staff involved and will raise the issue of the reception staff with their manager.
