"Confusion about appointment and referral booking at Derriford Hospital "

About: Derriford Hospital

(as the patient),

There was confusion about my appointment at Derriford Hospital because an annual referral is due in January 2013 and the appointment team presumed this would be acceptable instead of the new referral I had requested for a different consultant. Having rang and explained my request was then responded to and I now have an appointment in December with the consultant I want to see.
