"Nightmare"

About: Ealing Hospital

What I liked

I went into Hospital with a sore leg which I had to be admitted for. I was admitted to the holding ward in the ground floor. It was the worst experience of my life . The ward smelt of urine and was dirty my daughter dropped a sweet on the Friday night under my bed it was still there on Monday night . The clearners were lazy did not clean properly.

I did not get any sleep for 3 night because of people screaming and shouting.

The nurse did not know how to take my blood she did not use the right needle talk about clueless. There was a male nurse who did not stop working . The others,we wont go there!!!

When I left I was not referred by the doctor to the clinic ar the Harmony clinic it was a complete nightmare I had to contact my GP to do all this.

What could be improved

Everything especially their referral system their cleaners are useless.
