"Excellent"

About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham

Anything else?

I underwent a total thyroidectomy in November at the QE. My surgeon was absolutely excellent. I couldn’t have wished for a better consultant and I recommend him highly. You can hardly tell I’ve had an operation and it’s only been a few weeks. My anaesthetist was also excellent. I feel really lucky to have had two wonderful experts. I felt completely relaxed and confident. Last, but by no means least, the staff on the ward I was on (Ward 408) were very caring and efficient. So, well done QE! I was very impressed all round.
