What I liked

The Consultant, his registrars, nursing staff and general ward staff throughout my stay and especially those on Coltishall Ward were all without question exceptional. The post op nursing was fantastic, personal and involved me in everything about my case.

I cannot praise the all the staff, inclusive of non nursing staff, highly enough.

I have written to the Chief Executive praising the hospital and staff for first class treatment and care that I received. They also involved my wife in all aspects of my care.

Well done and thank you for making what was a very traumatic time into a more pleasurable experience.

People are always eager to knock the NHS, but using my experience of the whole procedure I could not commend them highly enough. The whole team are ambassadors to the NHS.

What could be improved

Nothing - Even the cleaning staff were kind, considerate, discreet and professional in their approach.

Keep up the good work. This was my second operation for non related issues in six months and on both occasions, the NNUH staff, facilities etc were fantastic
