(as a staff member),

On 04 01 2013 I was the transfer nurse for an ill 4 year old little girl to Ward 9 from an outside hospital. I would like to say a big thank you for the professional and friendly welcome from the receiving nurse to both myself the Father and the two paramedics from the minute we arrived on the ward. The bedspace, medical equipment and paperwork were all ready and the handover was completed within ten minutes. Thank you
