About: Derriford Hospital / Cardiology

(as the patient),

The only complaint I have about Derriford heart ward is the food is too bland and the TV too dear, as you only got the basic channels.

The care I got was very good.

Good morning,

I am pleased to note that the care you received during your recent stay on the heart ward was of a high standard and I will forward your comments to the Cardiothoracic Directorate team. However, I am sorry that you found the food bland and please be assured that I will forward this comment to SERCO who provide the catering services at the Trust. I do recognise that TV provides a welcome diversion for patients in hospital and I am sorry that you found the service provided too dear.
