In February of this year I attended St Helen's hospital for a vasectomy. The care I received was good, and thanks in particular to the friendly nursing staff, who helped to put me at ease.
The operation itself was fine. The only problem was the waiting - if it was known that my operation would be after 16.00, it would have been better to not have had to be told to come in to wait for it from 12.00.
