What I liked
I attended the day surgery ward, under the care of a surgeon for an op to my elbow.
On arrival the receptionist was very friendly.
I was sent through to the ward to be met by a nurse who organised me very quickly and kept me informed of everything that I could expect.
I was first down, and was put at ease by both the nurse and pre op staff in the anaestesia area.
On recovery, I was once again under the friendly care of the nurses in the day surgery ward, who dealt with everything very clearly and efficiently, and was discharged with all the relevent advice required.
What could be improved
Chocolate Hob Nobs instead of Digestive biscuits.
"Fast, friendly and efficient."
