What I liked

I was treated in the A&E department by a nurse practitioner who did a thorough examination and requested X-rays of my painful knee. The radiographer was efficient and friendly. When the X-rays returned the nurse practitioner provided a clear explanation of the damage and advice for self-management. He bandaged the knee, demonstrated the use of the crutches and I felt fully confident going home.
