"Appalling lack of care will not be going back"

What could be improved

I was spoken at rather than to, i was given some rather disturbing news about my pregnancy by the doctor who was not at all compasionate and gave no further help guidance or reassurance with my follow up questions and overall was extremely rude. Left the room to find something and when she came back in said "oh are you still here!" Overall extremely disappointed with the "care" received or not received as the case may be so much so i have now swapped doctors and hospitals.

Midwives excellent could not do enough to calm situation snd help as much as possible.
