What I liked

Care team gave outstanding support through out my stay in Emerson green, was told everything that was going to happen, can't thank them enough for there excellent care and support even the surgeon that me feel comfortable with my op, and the after care that was given when I was home was excellent thank you again, keep up the excellent team work and the outstanding jobs that you all do, you are all a credit to the nhs service and I can't thank you enough.

What could be improved
