What I liked

The staff where very efficient and helpful. The cleanliness of the department. The specialist I saw had a wonderful manner, explaining in everyday terms what was happening.

The booking in process for MRI was very straightforward and the staff help you to fill in the forms. I also had to book a follow up which incountered no problems.

What could be improved

Your comments regarding the cleanliness of the department is pleasing to receive because the cleaning staff are very diligent to ensure high standards are met.
