What could be improved

The same old story with Leicester Royal Infirmary - poor service!

I have had run-ins with ENT and Hearing Services in the past, regarding bad-quality services both clinically and adminstratively - nothing changes!

Latest event - I waited 2 months for an appointment and now, another 2 months on, I still haven't got my hearing devices. I have been trying to contact by telephone since 10.00 - it is now 13.20 and I still can't get through; it is constantly engaged. Really appalling service.
