What I liked

i was worried and embarrassed about the treatment I needed (colposcopy) but lovely friendly staff got me through it. I was treated sympathetically and with dignity. Thankfully, the specialist was a woman and she was great, taking time to explain everything clearly . The nurses assisting the specialist were fantastic and made the whole thing so much less stressful. This is the best treatment I have ever received. Bad experiences in other hospitals and medical centres have left me with a general dread of attending medical appointments, but I need not have worried this time. Thank you to all concerned.
