"very good experience"

What I liked

i use the phlebotomist every month here, have done for a few years as i was displeased with the service elsewhere. i use it to moniter my white blood cell count. The hospital is very clean, accessable and easy to navigate. The staff smile and are gerally very accomadating. it is rare i wait long, i'm usually in and out in no time. I see the same nurse though i forget her name and she is very good at what she does, getting the vein first time every time. A few years ago after an accident splitting my eye socket open after a fall i visited the minor injuries unit here as well and my memory was that it was very well dealt with. they even have a nice gift shop run by volunteers where you can get that days paper. Also the bus runs right to the front door to and from birmingham and the other way. Again, i reccomend the princess of wales.

What could be improved

i had a hard time on this website finding opening hours for certain services.
