I have been a regular visitor over the past ten years to the Nottingham Health Trust and during this time I have seen a very positive change in regards to patient centered attitudes and I was most impressed by attitudes towards Patients during my visit. My overall impression was can I call it corporate hospitality as a way of expressing my visit which began when entering reception and all medical personnel, they were very receptive, responsive and very patient centered and the change of attitudes throughout my visit as a patient was very satisfying. This philosophy should I am sure stand the Nottingham NHS in good order for the future.
