About: New Cross Hospital / Eye infirmary Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

From the outset; e. g appointment booking, to arranging transport to and from hospital, I found that everything was very good.

The staff at the acute eye referral department were first class, everything was fully explained.
