What I liked
I went to A&E in the middle of the night as I was experiencing chest pain. My concerns were investigated thoroughly and I was placed in a Observation Ward overnight before being able to go home the following morning.
Throughout my time I was treated with care and consideration and respect by all whom I met, from the nurse who carried out the original assessment to the lady who provided me with breakfast and the doctor who told me that I was safe to return home.
What could be improved
Nothing.
Anything else?
I just felt it was important to say thankyou.
